The Hypothesis

Research begins at ICT Mumbai. The question: Can we create a superior soy isolate by combining specific seed genetics with novel membrane filtration? Pilot trials commence in Vizag.

Visakhapatnam Pilot Unit

2019

The Proof

Pilot Plant established at the Kanoria Visakhapatnam facility. Batch capacity of 20 kg/day validates the membrane filtration process at scale, confirming NSI > 99% and native protein structure.

2020

Fytomax is Born

Fytomax Nutrition Private Limited is incorporated. A Joint Venture between Mahyco and Kanoria committed to solving India's protein deficiency through industrial scale and scientific purity.
